Dependencia cognitiva hacia la inteligencia artificial

Resumen

El presente ensayo tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre el uso frecuente de la inteligencia artificial y la dependencia cognitiva en universitarios. Utilizo la búsqueda de información de fuentes seguras como parte de su metodología. Aunque herramientas como CHATGPT facilitan el acceso a información y optimizan a gran escala el cumplimiento de tareas académicas, su uso frecuente y desmedido preocupa por generar dependencia y deterioro cognitivo. La transacción a la vida universitaria genera estrés, presión, inseguridades sobre las propias capacidades, a esto se suma las responsabilidades fuera del entorno académico, esta sobrecarga es un detonador para recurrir de manera inmediata a la inteligencia artificial, con frecuencia y sin una revisión previa ya que facilita la elaboración de trabajos desatando un ciclo conductual de uso desmedido deteriorando: la memoria, el aprendizaje, la resolución de problemas, etc. De la misma forma frena la neuroplasticidad y la autonomía intelectual, trayendo consecuencias graves en el estudiante y en su entorno (familia, amigos, trabajo, etc). Conclusión, la inteligencia artificial es una herramienta de apoyo, no un sustituto humano, se debe promover el conocimiento, la ética, hábitos saludables para un mejor uso de la I.A, evitando así la dependencia a esta herramienta digital.
